The Graham Foundation of CT is beyond thrilled with the success of Slices of Hope at Sophie’s Pizza Bar. We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us — and to those who couldn’t attend but generously donated to support our mission. 💜
Because of you, we raised vital funds for the HHC Adolescent Behavioral Center, helping us continue to provide hope, healing, and life-changing resources for youth and families across our community. 🌟

Holiday Concert at Rosebrook Gardens

Experience the holiday décor and beauty of Rosebrook Gardens set for the holiday season with your own access to the property and Garden Studio. Proceeds raised will be shared with our collaborating organization, Catch A Lift Fund
